Schöllenen closed due to avalanche danger

Due to acute avalanche danger, the road through Schöllenen is closed. Andermatt can only be reached by train. We ask you to travel by public transport. The road will reopen on Friday, 29th January at 4 p.m.

In addition, the following restrictions apply: the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn railway lines from Andermatt to Sedrun and from Andermatt to Realp are currently suspended. Various gondolas and pistes in the ski area remain closed for safety reasons. You can find the current overview on the interactive piste map .
