As owner, you have no restrictions on use if you place your apartment in the rental programme. The only requirement for renting is that you outfit your unit with the standard furniture package. The rent is set by Andermatt Swiss Alps. It is based, among other things, on current market conditions and the competition.
Move in carefree
We offer ready-to-use furniture packages for your apartment – from dining table and sofa to bed linens and dishes. In putting together your furniture package, we work with experienced premium partners from the region, meaning that we can offer you a high standard of quality and service. The FF&E package stands for “furniture, fixtures and equipment”. The right selection of furnishings are chosen for each apartment building and offered to you at an attractive price. If you want to save yourself the stress of relocating, we can provide your apartment to you completely furnished when the keys are handed over. For owners who are putting their apartment into the rental programme, the FF&E package is obligatory.

Parking space with infrastructure
Purchase a parking space in Andermatt Reuss Parking. A variety of parking spaces are available directly under the apartment building where you purchased your property. A lift takes you straight into your building, which is especially convenient when it’s raining or you’re carrying heavy bags. Andermatt Reuss Parking is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day and – for your maximum safety – monitored. In addition, the underground car park features a car wash and several charging stations for electric cars.
